Jim Laughlin (born 1958, in Cleveland, Ohio) is a former NFL and college football player. Graduate of Charles F. Brush High school in 1976.

The eighth pick in the 4th round of the 1980 NFL Draft (91st overall) by the Atlanta Falcons, Laughlin, was one in a long line of standout Linebackers to have played for the Ohio State Buckeyes.
